3 months ago I found a car I liked and I liked the price, only issue was a minor touchpad issue. Anthony was great, doesn’t know a lot about Mercedes, but he definitely goes the extra mile. Hgreg said they’d fix it their service center within my 3 day return period and didn’t so I returned the car. For weeks they didn’t process it, holding my deposit. Glen, finance manager, decided to add an extended warranty to that deal also. If not for the shortage of cars I would have gone elsewhere, but against my better judgment I decided to go back and buy a car again a month later. This time I had Juan as my salesman, he doesn’t answer direct questions. Finance manager, Jose, avoid at all costs. He kept calling me Princess? He blocked me soon after my purchase after I asked where my refund check is for my plate. My registration hadn’t completely been reversed so instead of a plate they gave me a temporary tag, a $100 difference. I’m just now getting that check because since Jose was in such a rush to collect my check there were errors 3 different times. Last month I had to reach out TO THEM to have them process the loan. I’ve never received a call back ever from anyone except Glen. Always had to just email everyone at Hgreg and hope for the best. I’ve never seen a business take such a handsoff approach to making a profit. The owner will print out a fake breakdown and tell you that his wife just bought a car yesterday and show you to justify any cost you question. The appearance package IS removable. I WOULD NOT roll the dice with any Hgreg. More

Complete waste of time. After being assured multiple times that I would be approved & WILL be leaving there with the car without a doubt so stop worrying, the financial manager came out & said that I wasn’t approved. Asking if I have a co-signer is fine, but asking 15 times & then being condescending about it added insult to the blow. All in all, the employee who helped me was nice & respectful, but nice & respectful couldn’t get me in a car & definitely can’t give me my time back. I wasted hours doing unnecessary paperwork just to also be met with persistent condescension about getting a co-signer. If I had access to a co-signer I would’ve went for it, but I unfortunately do NOT have one. So I left with no car, & more importantly, wasted time. More
