We have looked at two cars at this dealership and both times the actual mileage on the odometer has been much higher than the advertised mileage. BEWARE — SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! They lure you in with low car prices, then hit you with overpriced, nearly useless warranties — one was $3,000 and the other $1,495. My auto loan company confirmed I’m not required to carry these warranties, yet the dealership threatened to take my car unless I signed an agreement not to remove them. Bottom line: They pile on extra fees so your down payment doesn’t go toward the car — it goes straight into their pockets. I’ve called SIX TIMES TODAY and now the manager, Daniel, is flat-out refusing to speak to me, after having other people answer me and ask what Im calling in regards to all day and transferring me to a voicemail. My car is very reliable and nice on a positive note. I can’t speak for other locations but West Palm Beach location is a big NO! DO NOT TRUST THEM — STAY AWAY! More

1-Hgregg's process is very slow and extremely tedious. 2-The fees are outrageous. 3- including License fee whether you can use it or not. 4- The car arrived with ENGINE LIGHT ON. This affected many systems including: AIR Conditioning, in summer. 5- It arrived with only One broken key. They had the car for a long time so it definitely should have been repaired. Obviously, it was unusable without thousands of dollars of repairs. 6- I was assured that I would be reimbursed for the repairs. I have not received any communication from them since then then despite many calls and texts. 7- They held my money for a week before sending the car and clearly didn't fix any mechanical problems. I will never deal with them and I warn all possible customers not to buy from them. More
