The cost was way more than I thought it should be, way to much for front breaks and routers. I was disappointed. Right hand doesn’t know what the left does. We were called at home by Haag Ford saying we owe much for front breaks and routers. I was disappointed. Right hand doesn’t know what the left does. Have been regular customer servicing 2 vehicles for last 3-4 years. Good experience up till last Friday 4/08/22. Service personnel were nice. What really got to me was I had oil change and 2windshield wiper 3-4 years. Good experience up till last Friday 4/08/22. Service personnel were nice. What really got to me was I had oil change and 2windshield wipers replaced. 161.00 dollars that was with a 10% coupon so actually bill would have been 170.00. That is called gouging the customer. I will now go back to changing my own oil and replacing my own wipers. You know what they say bad experience = 10 people you tell, good experience =5 people you tell. Absolutely ridiculous. More
