This dealership engaged in misleading and highly questionable sales practices and failed to follow proper disclosure procedures during my vehicle purchase. At the time of sale, I was told the veh questionable sales practices and failed to follow proper disclosure procedures during my vehicle purchase. At the time of sale, I was told the vehicle simply had a transmission replaced, was repaired, and cleared for resale. It was presented as no big deal, and I was explicitly led to believe the vehicle would still hold its value. What was not properly disclosed is that this vehicle was actually a lemon law buyback — a designation that significantly reduces a vehicle’s value. This information would have absolutely impacted my decision to purchase, yet it was never clearly or honestly explained. After the sale, I was shown a lemon disclosure form that I supposedly signed. The issues with this document are extremely concerning: • The signature does not match my actual signature • The date on the disclosure does not match the date I signed my purchase paperwork • I was never provided this disclosure prior to signing any purchase documents, which is required so a buyer can make an informed decision • The disclosure was not included in any of my closing or purchase documentation In fact, I had to physically return to the dealership on 2/9/2026 to obtain this document that I am now being told I signed. This was the first time I had ever seen this disclosure, despite being told it was executed as part of my original paperwork. When I returned to the dealership to seek a resolution, I was given only two unacceptable options: 1. Voluntarily surrender the vehicle back to the bank and purchase another vehicle from them, or 2. Roll $14,000 in negative equity into another vehicle, resulting in a $1,400 monthly payment I was then told there was “not much more they could do.” This is not resolution — it is an attempt to shift the consequences of their failure to disclose onto the consumer. The lack of transparency, improper handling of legally required disclosures, and refusal to take accountability is alarming. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to independently verify vehicle history, demand all disclosures before signing anything, and ensure those documents are actually included in your final paperwork. What was sold to me as a routine repair turned out to be a lemon buyback with serious financial consequences that I am now left to deal with. More
Awesome buying experience! They have a great selection and the finance guys get you in and out quick. I highly recommend anyone to go see Phil and get your own at Sarchione. We bought a 2024" Grand Cherokee In November and took it back on 22/23 because if a severe water leak around the sunroof. Jeep is still at dealership today. They are supposed to be replacing the entire su back on 22/23 because if a severe water leak around the sunroof. Jeep is still at dealership today. They are supposed to be replacing the entire sunroof because a previous replacement if the sunroof was poorly done. We have a loaner currently with no end in sight getting Grand Cherokee repaired properly. We have zero faith that repairs will be done correctly. Unable to reach the dealer principal John Sarchione It is as if managers at company are blocking contact. We would never recommend a purchase frim.this auto group More
Deceptive Practices and Lack of Accountability: A Disastrous Experience with Sarchione Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram My recent experience with Sarchione Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has left me not only di Disastrous Experience with Sarchione Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram My recent experience with Sarchione Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has left me not only disappointed but also facing an unexpected financial burden. As an out-of-state military member, I relied on the dealership's assurances when purchasing a low-mileage 2020 SUV, and unfortunately, the outcome has been nothing short of a nightmare. One of the primary reasons I chose Sarchione was their supposedly reputable status and the information provided by the salesperson. I explicitly inquired about the presence of rust on or under the vehicle, to which I received a confident "No" in response. Trusting this information and the dealership's reputation, I proceeded with the purchase, unable to personally inspect the vehicle due to military duties. Upon the SUV's arrival, my optimism quickly turned into dismay as I discovered extensive rust on the undercarriage and the peeling off of the undercoating. Seeking resolution, I contacted Sarchione for assistance, only to be met with a shocking lack of accountability and customer service. The dealership dismissed the severity of the rust issue, claiming it didn't warrant compensation. Their excuse that even brand new vehicles in Ohio accumulate rust was not only irrelevant but also an attempt to justify the misinformation provided by their salesperson. To add insult to injury, the disrespectful comments made by the Used Car Director about my concerns only intensified my frustration. It's disheartening to realize that, despite the dealership's promises of quality and honesty, they choose to prioritize their sales over customer trust. The blatant lies, refusal to acknowledge their mistake, and the suggestion that misleading customers is acceptable paint a distressing picture of Sarchione's business ethics. While I can address the rust problem locally, the emotional distress and financial strain caused by this ordeal cannot be easily remedied. I strongly caution fellow military members, especially those unable to personally inspect vehicles, to exercise extreme caution when considering Sarchione Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. It's regrettable that such deceptive practices can tarnish the reputation of an entire industry, leaving customers in a vulnerable position and incurring unwarranted financial burdens. More
Had a transmission service done on a 2013 dodge journey and about eight months after the service was done the transmission pan leaked. They said there was nothing they could do because it was beyond the si and about eight months after the service was done the transmission pan leaked. They said there was nothing they could do because it was beyond the six month warranty which was very frustrating for me since it wasn’t leaking before I had the service done. So I chalked it up to just a bad deal at the time for everyone did not do much to help me with the cost of doing it again so they did a coolant flush on the same vehicle a 2013 dodge journey and now the coolant is leaking from a place it shouldn’t be, and there was not much help given there either so I will not be going back , this services that I have done is supposed to be preventative service, so nothing happens but it seems to be things are happening. I would stay away from this dealer they’re not much on helping you after the fact just a warning. More
