Jeff was a tremendous help with explaining and helping me understand exactly what services needed to be done to my vehicle and what each would cost. I worked with Filipe for many years but learned he has understand exactly what services needed to be done to my vehicle and what each would cost. I worked with Filipe for many years but learned he has moved to the Bay Shore location, But Jeff picked up right where Felipe left off and I will certainly be back and request Jeff for all my future service needs for either my Z4 or X5. The dealership is clean and well staffed. I have experienced the utmost professionalism when dealing with Habberstad BMW of Huntington. From my wonderful initial encounter in the sales department with Mark Morrow, to assistance with regul dealing with Habberstad BMW of Huntington. From my wonderful initial encounter in the sales department with Mark Morrow, to assistance with regular service appointments and recently repairs after an accident with the excellent Peter Perpall, I have had friendly and efficient experiences. Though hiccups are commonplace in any car dealership due to coordination of many moving parts (no pun intended), the managers at Habberstad (especially Peter Perpall), as well as surrounding staff, tackled any issues promptly and transparently. I look forward to continued business with this dealership in the future. More

Terrible Customer service My fiancé and I recently bought BMW from this dealership and we had a pretty good experience. Ron Fillardi did a great job helping us figure out which My fiancé and I recently bought BMW from this dealership and we had a pretty good experience. Ron Fillardi did a great job helping us figure out which car we should get, and spent a lot of time with us. However, about second time driving the car, sensor light came on with low tire pressure. We went up to the gas station and added air and did not think much of it. After driving a car for almost a month tire pressure sensor continued to pop up. I tried to schedule an appointment with service department a couple of times, but everyone kept on telling me that it has something to do with cold weather and that is the reason why sensor comes on. I finally decided to take the car regardless and check for any possible nails in the tire. I was right, there was a nail. OSCAR from service department had repaired the tire "for free" and before I even got home, my tire significantly lost air, and it was showing only 19psi. I had called OSCAR back and asked what is going on and if the tire ever got repaired. He swore that it did, however the tech forgot to put air in the car. He also asked me if I could bring the car back in on January the 2nd at 7am, and I agreed to that. I thought to myself, things happen and went and put the air in the tire myself only to realize that by morning on New Year’s Eve I had a completely flat tire. My Fiancé took the car at the scheduled time and OSCAR happened to not be working the day he was expecting us, nor did he put us on the promised appointment time. After explaining the situation to the manager of service department BOB CORRADO - car was taken for tire replacement with no labor charge and 10% discount. As soon as car was given back, with new tire, my Fiance noticed a BIG CUT on the side of it. Went back to the Service department and they did not think it was a big deal at all acting like they are doing a big favor replacing the tire with a CUT for free. HOW UNBELIEVABLE IS THIS? NO SYMPATHY WHATS SO EVER. If this place cannot repair a tire, then how can I trust them to service my car? Service department manager BOB CORRADO was very unsympathetic. More

Horrible Customer Service As a loyal customer of this dealership for 10+ years it was quite shocking that when I brought my car in for service yesterday 12/3/15, that I was tre As a loyal customer of this dealership for 10+ years it was quite shocking that when I brought my car in for service yesterday 12/3/15, that I was treated so rudely and disrespectfully by my service associate. He spoke condescendingly, rudely, abruptly and combatively to me the whole time, at one point flinging paperwork at me. I have never seen a grown man act so much like a toddler having a fit in their "terrible 2" phase. It is completely shocking that they condone that behavior from their employees. I asked to have something checked further after I was told they couldn't replicate the issue I brought the car in and was abruptly told no that they would not be doing anything further and I could pick the car up. Apparently good customer service is not important to the Habberstad family nor is going the extra mile to ensure that their clients are satisfied. I will not be continuing to be a loyal client in the future since being downright disrespectful is apparently their new business model. UPDATE: As of 12/19: the issues have still not been fixed with my car. I keep being told to come up so that we can talk about it further however after having the car looked at we have learned that the power steering fluid is low and we have advised them about this and yet still nothing. At any point they could of come and brought the car to the dealership like other dealerships would of done in this case but no, Habberstad again has failed to go above and beyond the call of duty for loyal customers. They even could of had the car towed to the dealership to have a new service appoint completely and use that time to actually look into the car and the issues instead of trying to sell me things I don't need and that are fine with the car. This dealership is not what it used to be and my family and I won't be returning to purchase new cars from them when these cars are returned in 2016. More
