Great deals Worked a deal on my new charger on a Saturday night got a tentative approval and told they would call me in the morning to confirm. After waiting till 11am the next morning I called the salesman he said he was working on the deal and he would call me when he heard. Got the call around noon that the deal was “done” come down to do the paperwork told him I was headed down in a few. Got there at about 130 and was informed that they just sold my car! I feel like first thing in the morning they should have pulled that car and had a hold on it seeing as they had a tentative deal on it. I wasn’t offered anything comparable I could either get less of a car or pay more to get a better version. More

Disappointment with Sales Manager I worked a deal remotely for a 2019 Challenger Scat Pack Widebody for a "out the door" maximum price. An agreeable price between Sales Manager 1 and me. So, I travel to Bakersfield (2 hours) to find that Sales Manager 1 is off and Sales Manager 2 is not informed and does not agree to the deal. I spent 4 hours culminating in a deal (for a little more). But when doing the paperwork, Sales Manager 2 did not bring in the trade. I previously provided the trades Window Sticker and payoff. I gave them the keys 4 hours ago and now the deal has changed. This is a typical "bait and switch" dealership. Once identified, I walked away. I must have negotiated a min profit deal that they didn't like. They have a very good selection, but if you see this behavior, just walk away. More

Trade in I am a co signer on a trade in. Haddad Doge is giving me the run around on the pay off. The sales contact was on August 10, as of today September 5th, I am a co signer on a trade in. Haddad Doge is giving me the run around on the pay off. The sales contact was on August 10, as of today September 5th, the car has not been paid off. Be aware you could get dinged on your credit for 30 days late. California law states you gave 21 days from contract to pay off. They are not in compliance with California Law. Go to another dealership to purchase or you could be in the same circumstance. More

Haddad Dodge Service Continue to have issues communicating with their service department, brought my 08 Durango in Thursday, for tuneup or replace spark plugs, at the tim Continue to have issues communicating with their service department, brought my 08 Durango in Thursday, for tuneup or replace spark plugs, at the time of my last oil change they mentioned it was due for spark plugs, when I walked into the service department, to schedule my appointment, I told them also check susspention, seems it's bouncing all over. Well, they called said there was no leak in shocks or struts, and I said I never mentioned a leak, I wanted you to check cause of it bouncing when I am going over bumps and dips, riding rough, and not once did I mention a leak. I wanted the actual performance checked, since I have a powertrain warranty they are covered. Well the service tech stated that they wouldn't be able to check until the following day,, & if the parts weren't in stock we would have to leave it over the holiday weekend, and he also mentioned that it needed more work that of course it wasn't covered under my powertrain warranty, that the right side exhaust manifold had problems and parts and labor were additional. Which cost an additional $700, plus the spark plugs, so cost me over $1200. And also I haven't been satisfied with Haddad Dodge Service Department for the past 3 yrs, seems they don't care & do not listen to the customer. ****The only person I trust in the service department is Cotton, she is consistent & goes above and beyond for me.
