2013 dodge journey oil service I had my 2013 dodge journey oil service done at Haddad Dodge Ram within couple of weeks the car started leaking oil. I check the drain plug it was tig I had my 2013 dodge journey oil service done at Haddad Dodge Ram within couple of weeks the car started leaking oil. I check the drain plug it was tight and dry. I look around the engine to find the oil leaking where the oil pan connects with the engine. I check to oil dip stick and found it was over filled way pass the max line. Please be aware of incompetent mechanics working at the shop. My 2013 dodge journey only has 50,000 miles on the engine and all the services are done on time. I am going to take the car back to dealership to see if they show any responsibility for their work. More
Horrible service. Our Dodge Grand Caravan's engine started misfiring and the whole car was shaking. The problem was intermittent. We took it to Haddad Dodge, p service. Our Dodge Grand Caravan's engine started misfiring and the whole car was shaking. The problem was intermittent. We took it to Haddad Dodge, paid $155 for checkup (which took them almost a week). They said they can't find the problem, but their technician wants to take the engine apart and we need to pay $900 for him to take a look at the engine. Not to repair it, just him to do his job and find the problem. We took it to another place that found out that there has been a recall for our vehicle for this exact problem and he printed out a service bulletin. We came back to Haddad and they point blank refused to admit that there's a recall. The manager said we have to pay another $155 for them to check it out again and decide if it's eligible for a repair. They have unprofessional, untrained staff and money-grabbing ways. And guess what? I received a call from them asking if I would like to purchase another vehicle from them! Needless to say, we will never buy another Dodge again. More
Dodge Service Repair I had took my car with an engine light on it was a miss fire. Poor Service Department This is a simple story of your defroster working before you took your vehicle to have the A/C repaired and it not working after the A/C repair. The Service Dept. will not take responsibility for their own mistakes. I don't believe that I should pay twice for labor ($900.00 for removing the dash) even when it was clear that they droped the ball by not contacting me whan the orginal A/C repairs were ongoing. I don't believe that customers' should subsidize the Service Department's incompetence. Plus make sure that you remove any and all valuables from your vehicle. I lost a $400.00 item, which was my mistake as they have signage advising you to remove all such items. Bottom Line.....I would not reccomend Haddad Dodge Ram Service Department to a friend or even a non friend. More
Wonderful experience We were on vacation, pulling our travel trailer, when a wheel fell off of our truck. We are towed to Dodge and they were wonderful. Always updated us on the situation, let us park the trailer in their compound, and had coffee and donuts. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. More
Worst dealer ever. Tried to obtain a part they had in stock for 2 days asked to have it shipped, they said no problem. Fast forward to today still no part. Tried to contact the parts manager, no answer, asked to speak with general manager or dealer principal got transferred to the sales manager. Get it together guys. You have NO customer service. Nothing but problems I paid cash for my car and bought the extended warranty... 2 months after I bought the car, the emergency brake light came on.. called dodge was told I paid cash for my car and bought the extended warranty... 2 months after I bought the car, the emergency brake light came on.. called dodge was told no appts for 3 weeks but I could take it to Chrysler and my warranty would work there. Spent 1 hour at Chrysler just to be informed that I would have to leave my car overnight and couldn't get a rental car... ok fast forward 7 months.. my air conditioning goes out in the middle of summer... call dodge.. tell them I need new tires, new brakes, and my a.c. fixed. She informs me next available appointment isn't for 3 weeks. I can bring my car and drop it off but it will take them 3 days to diagnosis the problem and for me to get a rental car.. I have 3 small children, I can't be without a car for 3 days.. so now what do I do? Spent $4000 on a warranty that does me no good cause I'm gonna have to go cash pay somewhere else to get the work done on my car again. More
