James Juarez was so awesome- kind, patient, and extremely helpful. I was worried about service at Kia since this is my first Kia but I highly recommend him and his team at Haddad Kia. Dealer repair needs work they had my Sedona 2012 over a month . I paid over 7000 to get it fixed and car stopped two days after they could not find the problem , said nothing g is wrong it stopped again an month . I paid over 7000 to get it fixed and car stopped two days after they could not find the problem , said nothing g is wrong it stopped again and I found the problem was dirty battery connectors . Repair department needs to hire someone that knows about cars . Am I satisfied not with the service No !!! More
