I do enjoy having scheduled appointments now rather than the old first come first serve time. The experiences i've had while there are nice and welcoming. Unfortunately they do not provide the same service they once did! Lack of communication on their part, I had to keep calling to find out the progress and/or findings. Was told it would be kept a maximum of once did! Lack of communication on their part, I had to keep calling to find out the progress and/or findings. Was told it would be kept a maximum of 5 business days it was kept longer with no offer of loaner car. Car was returned with gas tank on Empty and completely dirty on the outside. Still having car issues! More

They could work on the intake/greeting process and phone etiquette, but the Service Dept. has improved in the last year. It still has room, but is getting better.
