My experience with Haddad Kia in Bakersfield was the best I've ever had with a Kia Service facility. I was passing through on a road trip from Las Vegas to Seattle when I had an issue with a damaged undercar I've ever had with a Kia Service facility. I was passing through on a road trip from Las Vegas to Seattle when I had an issue with a damaged undercarriage cover that came loose and was dragging. I pulled in off the freeway to Haddad Kia to see if they could inspect my car and make sure it was safe and road worthy as I still had 1,000 freeway miles to go. Delia, the service agent, was amazing. She was very professional and compassionate as this was an emergency situation. Without an appointment and as a random walk-in who does not even reside in Bakersfield, she treated me with such kindness and professionalism and fit me in to have my car inspected and resolved my issue and got me back on the road to continue my travels. I have never experienced this high level of customer service at any other Kia Service facility ever (and I am a long time Kia customer). Thank you Delia and everyone at Haddad Kia for taking such great care of me and keeping me safe and assured during my unexpected road trip emergency. You are the BEST! More

I was able to walk in without an appointment to get an 8000 mile maintenance check on my vehicle. I was assisted by Delia who was very helpful & efficient. She informed that I could wait for my vehicle & 8000 mile maintenance check on my vehicle. I was assisted by Delia who was very helpful & efficient. She did apologize for the no car wash as they were short staffed but that did not bother me at all. I was glad to have received great service in a reasonable time. More

Customer service is mediocre and has not been getting any better. No more uber service and had to take adjacent dealership shuttle.
