We had to wait a month for the appointment with a scheduled time of 1030. After checking in I asked when the service would be completed was advised 1:00. I returned at 1:00 the car wasn’t ready. I noticed the car on the lot and was advised the car hadn’t been serviced, but they would let service know I was waiting. Once the car was taken back till it only took 30 minutes to inspect for the recall. When I went to leave I found the radio had been reset to guest (all different channels). I had to reset. The car was taken in for a recall that didn’t include the radio. Was the service completed or did they just listen to the radio? More
