I live 2 hours away and this is the closest dealership to me. I brought my car in for a walk in oil change. I was very happy with the service provided. Mikayla was able to get me in and out within an hour an me. I brought my car in for a walk in oil change. I was very happy with the service provided. Mikayla was able to get me in and out within an hour and a half and provided excellent customer service. I received the free car wash and the car was returned to me with a couple of scratches from what looks like a scrub brush? But even then when I addressed the issue Haddad responded in a very professional, respectful manner. I am still waiting to get this issue taken care of but thats to be expected. Overall, I would recommend this location. More
I got my car repairs completed in 3 days instead of up to 21 days! My car was towed in and I had to get a rental car after being told it might take up to 21 days for diagnostic repair work. They broke my side step on my car, and refused to fix it. They are cheap and never do a good job. My car does not even drive smooth, like they did not even do the oil change. I don’t trust them. I think they are shoddy, and not doing the job they are supposed to be doing on top of breaking people’s cars and not taking any responsibility for it. Worst service department I’ve seen in my 44 years of driving a vehicle. Last year I took my car there twice because it kept stuttering and they kept saying nothing is wrong with it. I went out of town and it broke down. I got stuck out of town for 5 days, and Clovis Kia discovered the problem and fixed it. Bakersfield Kia on gasoline Alley has terrible mechanics that break parts on people’s cars without taking the responsibility and fixing them. More

I had Dulce as my service coordinator. I returned her call 4 times with no return call or contact until my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I did pick up my vehicle, I was made aware I I returned her call 4 times with no return call or contact until my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I did pick up my vehicle, I was made aware I had an almost 200$ payment due to testing my battery for a issue my vehicle has had since the week I bought it. I can’t justify bringing the vehicle in for it as it still runs and I she been made aware every time I will be without a loaner or a rental. I don’t think I should have had ti pay almost 200$ to be told my vehicle needs a new battery when my issue was intermittent starting issues since being bought. I also really didn’t appreciate the attitude I received from her when I was trying to discuss why it was so high and she just tried to get a supervisor involved instead of talking to me. The other lady at the left who signed me out was super helpful and a sweetheart though! More
