This was the worst service I've ever received, did not have an actual drive up area to service your vehicle. There was zero parking available. Friendly staff that are happy to work with you. I love an hour away from this dealership and there is another Kia Dealership that is much closer. Dulce in service is amazing super responsive very understanding. My car was in service for over a year and 3 months and she called me all the time just letting me know there wasn’t an update but the understanding. My car was in service for over a year and 3 months and she called me all the time just letting me know there wasn’t an update but the part was still ordered. Was reassuring to know I had someone atleast checking in on the vehicle and parts for me. The service supervisors are horrible and love to lie. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership or have a vehicle serviced there because of the supervisors. More
I came at 7:00am for an oil change! My wait was long, close to 2 hours. I had an expired $10.00 off oil change and filter. Yr associate wud not honor it. I made an appt online and when I called to verify the appointment I was greeted rudely. She even stated that the online appt system was not accurate and it isn't a guaranteed appt time due to their volum appointment I was greeted rudely. She ended up confirming my appt time, when I arrived to drop my car off for diagnosis test, I was told I needed to leave my car there for 3-5 days, which I wish I knew bc I dropped the car off on a Thursday. I didn't get a call until that following Thursday letting me know my car was ready for pick up. While on the phone I asked if they found the issue and turns out they didn't even check what I was asked during my drop off, they checked my tire pressure vs a loud noise coming from the engine. Another day passed by and they stated it was my transmission, I had to wait for 2 weeks for approval from my warranty to fix. I was granted a loaner car at this time, which I thankful for because I didn't get my car back for another month. There was a huge lack of communication, I wish they would contacted me vs me having to "text" my advisor. Which I don't understand the texting, I felt like the responses were not reread before sending!!! I had to ask the same question multiple times because it was avoided too. I called few times because I didn't get a response the same day or day after. They either didn't answer or I was told I can only speak to my advisor. So if my advisor wasn't there, I basically had to wait longer for an update. Don't get me wrong, I am happy my car was fixed just the communication sucked. More

I've been to this dealership before. They have made improvements in customer service. I was greeted and told that they would be with me shortly. I also saw that they added signs to their They have made improvements in customer service. I was greeted and told that they would be with me shortly. I also saw that they added signs to their coffee/water and snacks area. It made it more obvious that the snacks and coffee/water were for customers. They've been actively working on making improvements. My visit was great and I had no issues. More
