People were polite. However, we have no idea if the multipoint inspection was done. It was not gone over when I picked up my car. I thought the check list and recommendations would be stapled to my pap multipoint inspection was done. It was not gone over when I picked up my car. I thought the check list and recommendations would be stapled to my paperwork, but when I got home I found it wasn't. I called and asked for it to be emailed, but I still haven't received it. I was told my service rep Diego would call and/or email it. But I have not received a call or email. A customer service rep called me today to follow up and see how my service was. I told her about my issue and she said she would have Diego follow up with me. But still no contact, and I still don't know the results of the multipoint inspection, or if it was even done! More
