My wife's kia sorento would not start on 14 September. I called Haddad Kia and they gave me the number to get the car towed. The car was not looked at until the evening of the following day. Turned out the called Haddad Kia and they gave me the number to get the car towed. The car was not looked at until the evening of the following day. Turned out the battery was bad. The car was not repaired until the following day. I think this was unacceptable. Also the price of $440. Was excessive. I don't plan on recommending Haddad Kia because of this experience. More

I took my car in to fix a recall, and when they did the system update my car messed up. They promised to fix my car or put in a new engine. I also had to be super persistent to get a loaner vehicle. They wanted me to lyft everywhere, and said they would reimburse me but I was pregnant at the time and uncomfortable with that, nor could afford to lyft due to being out of work for covid.This dealership lacks being prompt and lacks communication. I think I would be less upset with the situation if I got monthly updates. More
