Haddad Kia - Service Center

I have done business with 3 other dealerships as far as continued service after purchasing a vehicle-Subaru, Ford & Toyota. I did not feel your service dept was up to par with any of them. I just felt continued service after purchasing a vehicle-Subaru, Ford & Toyota. I did not feel your service dept was up to par with any of them. I just felt like a number & the staff was routinely going thru the motions. They did not really do anything “wrong”- I could just tell they were not in it to please the customer. I would rate service as mediocre. The price for oil change & tire rotation was higher than most. I have decided to go elsewhere for service. More
