Weekend Surprise We decided to surprise our daughter with a car during a parents weekend visit to her college. We knew what she wanted and found it at Hagerstown Ford. We decided to surprise our daughter with a car during a parents weekend visit to her college. We knew what she wanted and found it at Hagerstown Ford. Andy was great to work with! After arriving on the lot we realized the car had some dings on the roof and a dent that they didn't notice prior to putting it on the lot. Andy assured us they would fix it but with wanting to surprise her that day with the car there was no time for them to make the repair that quick. So Andy made arrangements to have someone drive a rental car up to Shippensburg PA about a week later, exchange the rental for my daughters car, make the repairs and drive her car back up a couple days later!! I can't tell you how over the top this was for us! Not very many dealerships would do that for someone! The customer service at Hagerstown Ford is top notch!! Even though we are hours away we will be going back for a future purchase! More

Don't bother. They don't care about their customers. I emailed back and forth with a sales rep (Travis Wagner) about a quote on a specific trim/color. I got a good price and went to buy a car. At the dea I emailed back and forth with a sales rep (Travis Wagner) about a quote on a specific trim/color. I got a good price and went to buy a car. At the dealership I was given a price that was $4,000 more than what Travis quoted for walk out the door price. WTH?! When I mentioned Travis's price they said: "Ah, ok, then his price it is". WTH?! Another salesman proudly said: this is car is sold (2 weeks ago) even though the car was (and is STILL) listed. I was offered 2 different colors at the same price and only one of them was on the lot. It's supposedly new but it had 6000 miles on it! "It was demoed" they said. And still wanted to sell as a NEW car?! WTH?! I looked at a depreciation chart for this car and it was $5,500 for 6,000 miles! After some talk it appeared the other one is not on the lot because is being "demoed" as well. WTH?! And the first car that I went to buy in the first place is not sold but is being "demoed" too?! WTH?! Are you guys in the sales business or "demo" business?! May I also take a demo for a couple of thousand of miles? So I came to buy a Ford and instead because of all the frustration and bad taste in my mouth I am not only not using this dealership, but I am switching the car brand too. Bottom line - I was misled, being lied to and misinformed on multiple occasions at this dealership. Avoid if want to save time and nerves. More
