Sneaky Sales Person, EDDY, SALES MANAGER RAUL, VICTOR! During our purchase of a ML350, from Eddy and Tony. We ask about a warranty he said that car was cover fro 30 days. We drove off the lot with it 5 hours later went down to North Miami Florida AC stop working. Called salesman about it and he said bring it in next day. We went back and forth about sending it to shop, comes to realize the air compressor is not working properly it needs replacement. Keep in mind all of these issue was all under the 30day warranty salesperson told me. Went looking for that paperwork he never gave back to us. They called and said that we're going to have to meet them with 30% since it's going to cost over 1k to repair. I can tell you they'll sale you a car but don't give a asledfks! about you. But one thing is that if you buy a car from these guys make sure that you bring your mechanic!!!!!!!. Like me I walked out paying 24k for a car and AC doesn't work after 5 hours something is wrong. Make sure you check everything on the car! Also read your contract!, Don't sign anything until everything you feel is legit even doing a 10 point inspection. Watch out for these guys. Also I'm going to be calling Help Me Howard on 7 NEWS. More
I was lied about the price by a sales person that I thought I could trust, He told me that he was firm with the price of 11,0000.00 dollars and he thought that I wouldn't really see the actual price of thought I could trust, He told me that he was firm with the price of 11,0000.00 dollars and he thought that I wouldn't really see the actual price of the same vehicle which was 9777.00which I saw later on the internet. He thought he had me hook line and sinker and was going to walk away from the deal with 1300.00 dollars extra in HIS pocket..... LIARS CROOKS and thieves, never again HAIMES... how many people have they stole from??? More
Great, pain-free. It took twenty minutes to know if I was approved and under what terms. It was pain-free and he worked with me through the process. Great guy and great way of doing business. About 10 days ago I went to buy a car with my husband, at first everything was a nice experience obviously because they were just trying to make a sale. We purchase a Maserati, One day later when i walked in because the car was having an issue,we dropped off the car for 5 days and when we went back to pick it up they refuse to help us, the sale man referred us to one of the general MANAGERS Juan Carlos he disrespected us and scream in front of everyone that he refuse to help us and fix the car. Horrible customer service!!! I wont recommend this dealer to no one they have no work ethic , they have no idea how treat customers. They haven't follow up to check if we fixed the car, we only drove it for one day. I regret buying my car from Haims motors.... More
I purchased a used truck from this dealership. Biggest mistake I've ever made in any auto purchase. After 3 weeks they still have not paid off my trade in and I now have another payment due on it, this wi mistake I've ever made in any auto purchase. The check engine light came on on the new vehicle. I took it to my mechanic and it needs $2000 worth of engine repairs. I purchased an extended warranty from this dealer. I didn't get a copy of the warranty paper work. When I called they finally faxed over a paper. When my mechanic called the warranty company it was never sent in or purchased. They have no record of it. I now have no vehicle, 2 car payments due, and no one at the dealership will call me back or help me in any way. They have no problem calling and asking for more money for the tag that wasn't included in the purchase. More
On 2/23/12 I allowed Haims Motors to submit my debit cards in the amount of 4,000.00 dollars as a partial down payment on a 2010 GMC Terrian. My father came the follwing evening 2/24/12 intending to sig cards in the amount of 4,000.00 dollars as a partial down payment on a 2010 GMC Terrian. My father came the follwing evening 2/24/12 intending to sign for a loan. Upon reviewing the purchase agreement and installment contract we decided to take that evening to discuss what were now larger numbers that we had originally discussed. On Saturday 2/25/12 We dedcided that this vehicle was actually too expensive for us and asked for a refund of 4,000.00 dollars. We were told no refunds. We never signed for or took delivert of the vehicle. After being told I could have 3,000.00 dollars back I felt I was owed the full refund. On Tuesday 2/28/12 I went to the dealership to again try to obtain a full refund. I was taken into a saleroom by myself, my husband was not allowed in and made to feel very intimdated and I became emotional at which this point the manger who i was dealing with said he was going to give me a refund. He then handed me a check which was in the amount of 3,200.00 dollars. I accepted that check and signed an agreement to accept that amount because I felt intimidated and desperate to get at laest most of my deposit as I am now without a car. I was offered other vehicle but I will not have any further dealings with this company as they were very rude and unprofessional More
