My only drawback was it only came with one car key, but that is small potatoes compare to what I drove off the car lot with. The second thing about Kiana Ayres that really impressed us was that she was down to earth and not pushy at all, which made the car buying experience even more enjoyable and ever after buying the car she still returns phone calls and speaks to us as if we are still her Customer! I would also like to say that my family is not easy as we are from Wyoming and pretty much speak our minds and just let thing flow out of our mouths! The Seond person we had the pleasure of coming into contact with in our car buying experience was Trey Owens, Trey fought for us to get the car we wanted and he got it done. Finally that finance Manger, Jeremy Williamson let me tell you this guy is comical and very personable and boy did he get harrassed by my mom for keeping us at the dealership for so long, she was pressing him and pressing him that he owed us Dinner. Jeremy explained everything in great detail and answered question with facts and documentation to back up those facts!! I had an agreed upon out the door price to purchase a new tundra including delivery. After the truck was delivered, I discovered the out the door price did not include NC taxes despite all out the door price tundra including delivery. After the truck was delivered, I discovered the out the door price did not include NC taxes despite all out the door prices including all taxes and fees associated with the purchase of a vehicle. When I discovered the discrepancy, the dealer tried to tell me we had a conversation about me being responsible for the taxes which we did not have. I would not have bought the truck from them had the taxes not been included. More
If I could rate it lower I would. Service dept. only wants to sell filters not the real problems. I bought a new vehicle and took it in for service each time it was needed. You can't see the inside tread of my tires unless you lay on the ground. at 25,000 miles, they rotated my tires and tried to sell me filters. at 28,000 miles, on I81 in Christiansburg, I had 2 tires blow out. The Toyota dealer there couldn't help me until the next afternoon. Thankfully the Firestone dealer there was willing to help. He showed me the tires and all 4 tires were down to the cord on the inside tread. I had to purchase 4 tires and then had approximately $2,000 in other damages. You can't tell me they didn't know I needed new tires when they rotated them just 3000 miles before. More
Took 2022 Tahoe in for first service and asked if they could install no drill mud flaps which we provided and the couldn’t take 5 minutes out of their time to install was will to pay and even told them th could install no drill mud flaps which we provided and the couldn’t take 5 minutes out of their time to install was will to pay and even told them that.
