I called Dan Wilson at Capital Buick regarding a 2008 Cadillac CTS that my wife and I saw on the internet and we were very interested in purchasing. We planned on driving from Pittsburgh to Capital Buick in Richmond to view our possible new car. All of the necessary information was provided so that when we arrived, the process of driving our new car back home was in place. I went into this dealership for my very first car and from my stand-point, this was the best and most enlightening experience out of the entire search. Others were pushy and most had ridiculous prices but this place not only dealt in friendly and comfortable business but also had an automobile WELL under our desired limit that had all the qualifications I needed and a guaruntee that my new car will last under the most relenting conditions. The car had been well used and the mileage was far greater than I wanted but it was German-made and ran well. I really enjoyed how responsive the gas pedal was and how quickly my velocity could increase. My favorite part was my dealer, Gary Dunn. I believe it may have been his strong, deep voice, but I felt like he was telling me straight and felt certain that this car would stick with me through the tough times; and the price was under $6,000! He was comical, honest, and he made me feel secure about this purchase and even gave me a step by step preview on the car alerting me to what things are, what they do, and how they will help my on the road. Out of a rating between 1 and 10, I give this dealer and this whole experience with him a 12. Thanks to Mr. Gary Dunn, I really am looking forward to my very first car. All of the employees at the Laburnum location are always friendly and helpful. I named Mike and Lisa in service, because they are the two that I normally deal with. Sometimes the dealer prices are a little more than a mechanic shop, but because the guys and ladies in service always have helped me with specials, promotions, complimentary, or just sound advice, I trust them working on my vehicle. I purchased a 2003 Yukon Denali at this location Rodney was my salesperson and he was great. Now servicing I have had a battery replaced, four tires, steering wheel column, oil changes (every 3,000-3,500 miles)**please note noone else has changed my oil except this location, I have replaced brakes all around, and rotating of tires, axles replaced and air condition serviced. My air suppression system was also replaced at this location. So, I am in a good position and have spent sufficient monies to rate their service and write a review of the dealership and service department ! More
