I mentioned to the very kind sales rep that I’d worked with the day before, that there was sharpie on my drivers side window, with the intention of getting a recommendation for cleaning it and instead he said he could take care of that while I was already waiting. I remember in 2013 when I was in the market for a car, I was walking around the Hall Acura VB lot and Bernard came up to me, introduced himself and asked me what I was looking for. Without being that usual pushy car salesman that we all hate, he led me into his office and showed me a print out of the vehicles which were going to be put on sale the next few days. I immediately knew I'd be purchasing a car from Bernard. Fast forward 5 years and I traded in that RDX for my current 2019 RDX. I wanted a certain look and Bernard made it happen! He is professional, courteous and patient! Definitely a fantastic asset to this dealership! More

Very disappointing experience Hall performed very poor service, causing me to return the car to Hall for the service to be performed correctly. The service manager, instead of ap Hall performed very poor service, causing me to return the car to Hall for the service to be performed correctly. The service manager, instead of apologizing for the service being very poorly done, stated that he'd ", do me a favor" and not charge me for the second visit to fix the incomplete service job. When I finally retrieved my car from Hall, there were scratches along the back driver's side of the car. After purchasing two vehicles with Hall and loving the sales department immensely, this was a true disappointment. I have instead started taking my car to Priorty Hall, where I am very happy with the service. More
