My wife and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car for the following reasons: the sales representative that we worked with, Ron Perry, went above and beyond to get us the lowest p looking to buy a car for the following reasons: the sales representative that we worked with, Ron Perry, went above and beyond to get us the lowest price possible. We purchased a used car from the dealership and got the best price out of all the used cars like it in the whole Hampton Roads area and beyond. The way they treated us and communicated with us was very professional and kind. When it took longer for them to prepare the car for us (it had just gotten in and had to go through cleanup and get some work done on it) they ended up giving us a car until it was ready. We have now had the car for about two months and have been completely satisfied with it and have had no problems. After we purchased the car, they followed up with us and checked to make sure everything was going alright. After some extensive shopping in new dealerships and used car dealerships, Ron was probably the nicest and most honest guy we dealt with. He was not just looking for a sale. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. More

Mary Lee and I liked the car, but when she and I talked more about it, the more we realized just how good a automobile we have in our MDX. I did the budget and the savings in gas and monthly car payments was about $120 per month. I then did some research on carcritic.com and found some disturbing criticism about the Accords seat comfort and excessive oil usage in the V6 engine. (very,very disappointing from Honda) The final decision was that our MDX is the best vechicle we have ever owned and the value unsurpassed. I guess that means that you will still be seeing us for service and future autos. M.L. wanted me to tell you that you were correct when you said in the beginning that we were not going to find a better automobile. I quess we just have to stop being so cheap and embrace the premium fillups with the knowledge that we own a very good automobile. One that does all we ask in performance, comfort, and value. I rate Mark Stonis and Hall Acura a top rating of 5 and here is why. I bought a 2009 Acura TL from Priority Acura May, 2009. Unfortunately I was rear-ended in June 2010 with damage to the rear bumper, here is why. I bought a 2009 Acura TL from Priority Acura May, 2009. Unfortunately I was rear-ended in June 2010 with damage to the rear bumper, impact bar and some unibody damage in the trunk area and some back injuries to myself. I had the repairs done at Priorty's Collison division with all original parts. Once the repair was completed I contacted Priorty Acura asking my salesperson who was aware of my situation, for their dealership help to provide a documented Appraisal of my auto for me to keep. I even offered to pay for this service if required. This would have aided me for Diminished Value of my car for legal insurance puposes. The games that went on for the next four and one half hours there are too numerous to write here. I was very dissappointed, but good things come to those who are patient and wait. Here comes Mark Stonis and Hall Acura. Mark Stonis first provided me with a fair written valuation of my 2009 TL in which I could take and keep. He also provided me several written scenerios of purchasing the vehicle versus leasing. I also was given these documents for my keep. Well to say no more, I got a Black Crystal Pearl 2012 TL. Here's where it gets impressive. It was getting close to closing time and Mark Stonis knew I wanted to take the car that day. The detailers who prepare the car for delivery were gone. Mark Stonis himself and one attendant who normally doesn't prep the cars for delivery jump in and get the car ready for me. From the initial start process with Mark Stonis, to the finance manager and then the delivery of the car was a great process. Outsatanding service Mark Stonis and Hall Acura team. The auto industry needs more Mark Stonis types. I nominate Mark Stonis for President. More
I really wasn't planning on purchasing a vehicle when I visited the dealership. However, the no pressure, extremely knowledgable assistance I got from Hall Acura made purchasing this new car a very reward visited the dealership. The finance department and business manager also added to the pleasure of doing business with Hall Acura, V.B. As with selecting the car, the no pressure, relaxed atmosphere completing the financial paperwork was like no other dealer I have ever worked with. A great experience all around. I came to this dealership after a bad experience over at Priority Acura where getting a car price was like pulling teeth. I had given up on buying a new car due to my experience at Priority but I went over Priority Acura where getting a car price was like pulling teeth. Larry casually came over introduced himself and proceeded to tell me the difference between the cars. Renewed by his customer service, I let him and Mark work up a deal that exceeded my expectations. They were patient and gave me everything I asked for. This is my second time buying a car from this dealer and both times have met or exceeded my expectations. More
Went to these guys last Saturday to check out a used Nissan Altima. The Altima was already sold, but Larry and Brian helped me get a 2009 Toyota Corolla that I absolutely love. Larry was my salesperson and never once tried to be pushy; helped me look around at all the cars and gave me great info and advice. Brian, the Used Car Manager, set up a few more cars after I learned the Altima was sold, one being the car I bought. Overall everyone was friendly and absolutely helpful. Never once did I feel I was being placed in an uncomfortable position. I recommend the people at Hall Acura 100%. More

After I left with the car I noticed a nick in the window tinting on the driver's side rear window that appeared to be caused by the removal of the paperwork attached to the window. Hall Acura repaied the window without question. They also honored the touch ups I requested in the deal and accomplished them with high quality. I would recommend buying a car from Hall Acura. More

I felt as though he really cared about getting me into a car that I like and one that was reliable. I ended up purchasing a 2007 Volvo S40, and I absolutely love it. The fact that Mr. Frasier personally called me daily to keep me abreast on my situation and followed up with me after my purchase, assured me that I made the right decision. I have never met a more dedicated, hard-working individual who always had a smile on his face, which in turn put a smile on my face. My suggestion to anyone who needs a car, and want feel that they are a valued customer and not just another sale, is to go to Hall Acura in Virginia Beach.
