The experience working with this dealership has started a relationship in which any person who enjoys great customer service and quality of work would take great pride. The service department, especially Bri relationship in which any person who enjoys great customer service and quality of work would take great pride. The service department, especially Brian, has always gone the extra mile to inform us of the progress for the services performed. I have given the highest marks for every category; however, there is one thing I would want the dealership staff to consider and that is to enable people waiting in the lounge the ability to access social network sites while using the wireless network. Part of my job requires these specific tools. I hope this request is taken seriously it would be the only thing I would change to improve any aspect of the experience. Above all I have never gone anywhere since purchasing our first of now a family of acuras and having them serviced at this first class dealership. More
Took the car in to get a recall completed on a replacement part. They offered a free car cleaning and vacuuming which I took them up on the offer. I asked them if they could clear the code, that replacement part. They offered a free car cleaning and vacuuming which I took them up on the offer. I asked them if they could clear the code, that recently appeared in the dash, indicating I needed a oil change and tire rotation because it reached 40k miles. I told the gentleman that my husband would do the work, that we just wanted the code cleared. 4 hours later they tell me they are complete with the work (thank goodness they shuttled me to the mall). They show me the bill, which should have been zero because a recall is free, and it detailed $70. I didn't understand and he explained that they did the tire rotation and oil change and I reiterated that I only wanted them to clear the message, not do the work. I told him that I don't mind paying for it since it was completed, however I did not ask for that. He gave me a coupon for a free oil change which was unexpected and very generous. We went to leave and saw that the tires had armorall on them, but they were still had brake dust on them and the car was not vacuumed. More

My sister and I were recently involved in a car accident. Our car was totaled. We didn't have the energy or feel the best when looking at car dealerships. We were interested in the Acura. However, before coming to Hall Acura, we had a horrible experience with another local dealership where we were ridiculed and yelled at. When we arrived at Hall Acura, it was already a whole different atmosphere in the most positive, uplifting way. Everyone was so courteous, professional, and friendly. Our Sales Consultant, Sterrick Frasier was so patient and helped answer all of our questions. We felt very blessed to have him as our Sales Consultant. The Finance Director, Chris Meyer, was so informative and helped customize our warranty and service package to best fit our needs. Also, the Sales Manager, Mark Self, was very attentive and worked with us on the Acura that we wanted. They stayed almost two hours after the dealership closed to make sure that we understood how the car operated. It was the most pleasant and enjoyable experience we have ever had in buying a car! I went into Hall Acura with less than perfect credit due to a recent divorce. They made everything so easy and simple. Tina & Dan always go above and beyond to make sure the customers issues are taken care of with respect. The staff at Hall Acura's service department was so friendly,and knowledgeable. I really felt welcome on my first visit there. Tina is an awesome service advisor, she understood all my service needs. I brought my Acura MDX 2008 for service while I was on vacation in Virginia Beach. Joseph Lucey was courteous and friendly, very easy to deal with (the rest of the team as well). Sterrick was a fantastic sales person, whom I would be happy to deal with again in the future. He followed up on a regular, but not obnoxious, basis, did as he promised, and was polite and courteous. I believe other sales people could learn an immense amount from his approach, including his willingness to allow me to walk the lot alone until I came across vehicle(s) about which I wanted specific information.
