Picked up my Ram 3500 after $2400 in service. Got to my home which is an hour drive and a $18 toll and checked under the hood and my transmission dip stick is missing. I dropped a 3 year old vehicle off that I purchased brand new, to the dealership to have an oil change, a state inspection, and a recall on the fuel pump performed. When I dropped the vehicle off the dealer new, to the dealership to have an oil change, a state inspection, and a recall on the fuel pump performed. When I dropped the vehicle off the dealership noted no leaks on their report, The state inspector notated zero leaks in his report. The 22 point inspection they perform noted no leaks on his report. When I returned home I noticed fuel leaking from the truck. I notified the dealership, and they are refusing to acknowledge that the truck was damaged during the recall work and handed me a $13,000 bill. This is the kind of service a person who has purchased 4 vehicles from Hall can expect, this is what they are proud of. On multiple attempts none of their managers will return calls More

These were my experiences or buying a pretty expensive used car from them I live 2 hours away and I stumbled uponna car I liked, the salesman from Hall followed up and promised me car was in great shape. Sent me a walkaround video but Never mentioned any open recall or tire life or dent on hood. When I asked them the next day of purchase , the used car director defended all these. I know it's not ab obligation to fill tabk or take care of end of life tires but I have never had this experience ever before. I was not told open recall either and car was not clean from inside either. They picked me from home though. Thats the only positive. Very bad experience. More

I am paying over 30K for a car I bought at this dealership, unfortunately although the sales department was excellent, I have tried taking my 5 month old hornet there twice now. The first time I co dealership, unfortunately although the sales department was excellent, I have tried taking my 5 month old hornet there twice now. The first time I couldn't get an appointment for over a week, so I had to take it to a dealership in North Carolina. They managed to fix the issue. The second time I had an issue I once again contacted Hall, I had to wait a week for an appointment. Today was that appointment, and I am very disappointed, they knew what the issue was before the appointment because I had to answer an online questionnaire prior to the appointment describing the issue. When I arrived at my appointment, I showed the service representative what the problem was they asked me to sit in the lounge, and they would start on it. I waited for at least an hour while they "worked on my car", only to have the service representative come and tell me "due to a slow internet" they were having a problem diagnosing the car I asked about a loner vehicle but they said there were none available, but they acknowledged that there was a problem and suggested I take the vehicle to the dodge dealership in Elizabeth City, who by the way is booked out until April. I will now have to wait at another dealership, who doesn't have a loner program. I used to be a hardcore dodge fan but this experience with the car (2024 Dodge Hornet) and the dodge dealerships have left me thinking of a Toyota or Subaru for my next vehicle, but I will not be buying any vehicle through Hall anymore! More
