Great Experience Buying A New Civic Type R I have to say this was my second experience buying from Hall Honda Elizabeth City. I bought a new 2019 Civic Sport Touring in March after my 2016 was I have to say this was my second experience buying from Hall Honda Elizabeth City. I bought a new 2019 Civic Sport Touring in March after my 2016 was totaled. TJ got in contact with me & made the deal go as quick & easy as I've ever seen . Totally satisfied with my purchase. Well TJ knew I was looking for a Type R & gave me a call around the 4th of July. He let me know that one was coming in. So I went in & talked with TJ & that's when I met Nick the GM. Nick was the one who could make the decision on the Type R. We talked for a few minutes & to my surprise, we agreed on a price. That simple. Considering Type R's are being marked up at a lot of dealerships, Nick met my request of not paying over MSRP. Bill had all of the financial paperwork in order so when the car came in the following Friday, everything was ready to be signed & the price was exactly what Nick agreed to. TJ even came & picked me up the next morning. I was in & out in no time. Huge thanks to TJ, Nick, & Bill!!! They helped me buy the car that I have been dreaming about for a long time !! Went in for an oil change.....left with a new car. :-) We had been debating for months about trading in for a new CRV and yesterday I asked for an appraisal while my 2011 CRV was in for service. I already love my service adviser, Dequan Perry, and now Deon has been added to my list of great people at Hall. Deon made it happen with no pressure and great assistance. He was very patient and knowledgeable. We test drove some new and used and he worked with us long and hard to figure out what would best fit our budget. I spent my time thru that terrible storm last night in Hall and poor Deon was fighting the rain and lightning getting my car ready and tags transferred while I was watching the trees bend sideways and the rain pour down. Even though the lightning was insane dancing across the sky and the thunder was tremendous, Deon stood outside under the canopy with me and he went over all the controls and systems. Matt and William, my finance guy, were all great to deal with. Dealership is always sparkling clean and the people are very courteous. I have dealt with most departments of the dealership from service, parts, and now sales and finance. I highly recommend stopping by Hall Honda if you are shopping for a new or previously owned car!! Ask for Dequan as your service advisor! Ask for Deon if you go in to shop for a new car! You won't be sorry!! More
