Hall Mazda is not only the largest Mazda dealership in Virginia, but the best in my opinion. After eight years of working with both sales and service, I just came across this site in order to review them. Virginia, but the best in my opinion. Not expecting on a Friday just before six that anything could be done I called. They welcomed me in an emergency basis to check the tire out. Unfortunately it was the worst case with a nail in the side wall, which means the tire had to be replaced. A spare would not have sufficed for long trip either. A combination of Rose and Eli in the service department were able to get their last remaining tech in the garage to stay over and thankfully they had the correct tire. I was able to use my Mazda loyalty points toward my purchase and got two. I also had an extended warranty that covered everything except tires.,Rose got authorization to wave labor which blew me away. They had me out in around 30 minutes which was amazing!
