I brought my CX-3 in for service and everything was handled very nicely, they even arranged to have my vehicle picked up from my home and brought back to me which I really appreciated. the service itse handled very nicely, they even arranged to have my vehicle picked up from my home and brought back to me which I really appreciated. the service itself was good but I did have a bit of a scare after when I thought my EZ Pass was missing, I reached out to a few people and Francisco the Customer Relations Specialist was the one who really stayed on top of things, he followed up with me for about five days and always kept me updated, checked in often, gave me contact information and even talked to the advisor to try and help me figure it out, he made me feel cared for. I later found the EZ Pass under my driver seat, but I was very grateful for all the effort Francisco put in to help me, thank you to Hall Mazda for taking care of my vehicle and a special thank you to Francisco for his kindness and great customer service. More

I didn’t know who was going to be selling me a car today, and Robert definitely didn’t know what kind of person he was going to be selling a car to 😂 but I’m really glad our paths crossed! I originally went in just wanting to discuss my options and somehow ended up leaving with exactly what I needed. Robert also humbled me very nicely and reminded me what my actual budget was… which was probably necessary and refreshing lol. During the test drive, I thought I knew how to drive — turns out I only knew how to drive regular cars. Robert introduced me to all the bells and whistles of a Mazda. Just ask him about Auto Hold and the cruise control features… because apparently there’s a whole new level of driving these days. There was definitely a moment during the test drive where I wasn’t exactly driving confidently on cruise control and may have panicked a little… and there was Robert, still smiling and happy to be there (I think) LOL. Everyone at the dealership was incredibly helpful and truly went above and beyond—especially when I was dealing with a full car seat transfer debacle moving everything into the new car. At that point my anxiety was definitely peaking, but Robert reassured me and helped make the whole process smooth. If you’re looking for a someone that’s knowledgeable, PATIENT, and easy to work with, I highly recommend asking for Robert. And if you’re looking for a great overall car-buying experience, I highly recommend visiting this branch! Vroom vroom vroom! 💨 More
