The vehicle was ready when we got there and we were welcomed nicely by everybody and felt comfotable. All our questions were answered and overall, everybody was helpful and informativ. We got information about the preowner and the history of the car and the overall condition and the certified warranty Hall Mazda offerd with that car. So we felt really comfortable buying our car at Hall Mazda. The sale process was quick and easy and not even 2 hours after starting the paperwork, we left the dealership with our new car at a great price and happy! Overall, everybody working there was friendly and helpful. We had our little son with us and we felt comfortable at all time! Very kidsfriendly and that made the process of testdriving,waiting, processing the sale and getting paperwork ready easy and comforable for us. Overall my experience at this dealership was very pleasant.I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door and was offered a beverage and snack to munch on. All matters were handled in a sufficient amount of time; i didnt have to sit around and wait for help with anything or for the reps to gather their required information from me. All aspects of my new car were clearly explained to me in detail leaving me with no questions about how to operate or use anything in my vehicle. Prices were reasonable although i think that the price of my car could have come down a little bit more. Before i left i had appointments already scheduled for my 1st oil change and got my insurance, registration and tags without having to worry about taking care of it later. I would recommend this HALL MAZDA to my friends and i look forward to continuing businees with them. More

Initially walking into this dealership I spoke with Ernest and he was very enthusiastic and has a fun personality. He can relate with the customers as well as entertain and provide valuable information Ernest and he was very enthusiastic and has a fun personality. Ernest did everything asked of him from a customer stand point and even went out of his way to assist me in all of my needs. Zack always seemed as though he was bending over backwards to get me the best deal possible. Along with Ernest any question I had Zack and even Steve were able to answer and were very professional in dealing with my needs as a customer. Steve was also very helpful when anything came up he was great at explaining everything I needed to know when it came to the finance aspect of purchasing the new vehicle. Overall the team I was dealing with was very helpful respectful and the courtesy was very appreciated and I will recommend anyone I know to this dealership. More

Every employee I have encountered at Hall Mazda was always courteous and advised me in a way that I understood. At no time with any vehicle that I have had serviced there, from my Mazda RX-8 to my Ford always courteous and advised me in a way that I understood. At no time with any vehicle that I have had serviced there, from my Mazda RX-8 to my Ford F-150, have I felt that I was being misled. All of the employees I have worked with (to include a few mechanics) were always eager to SHOW me my problem, not just tell me what it was. They also described in detail what may have caused it, what they would do to fix it, and what I can do to prevent it from happening again. They don't fill you full of technical "mumbo-jumbo" and they get straight to the point. Though nobody likes to pay dealer prices for things, Hall Mazda has definitely kept their prices low and competitive and I will continue to take my vehicles to them and recommend this dealer to anybody for any reason.
