Thanks to Everyone Involved My story begins with my family being Nissan owners since 1984 (Datsun before that) I had a 2006 Altima which just this month started acting up came My story begins with my family being Nissan owners since 1984 (Datsun before that) I had a 2006 Altima which just this month started acting up came in and Laura helped me having much sympathy. Bernard gave me 2018 Maxima to use as a rental while Jeff did his best to get my car back on the road...needless to say I fell in love with my rental and wanted to purchase...upon returning rental asked to speak to salesman about purchasing my 2018 Maxima rental...along comes Andre. Andre has gone above and beyond to make the purchase of the Maxima happen. Then Julie and Jose were tag teamed in the process of making my dreams come true. Low and behold my mother comes in to save the day by cosigning for me. Then to everyone's surprise my mother decides to purchase a 2019 Pathfinder!! My mother and I are so excited with both of our purchases though joking blame Bernard for putting me in such a luxurious Rental that started this whole process. But seriously a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to Laura, Bernard, Andre, Julie and Jose for going above and beyond to make our dreams into reality Sincerely Danielle Massie and Peachie Mock More

When they sell you a car there is no HIDDEN FEES and you get what you pay for. Wanna feel like a celebrity every time you walk through the door!!! Go to Hall Nissan in Virginia Beach!!!! The service department even removed pin stripes from our car at NO extra cost and it came out of service CLEAN, and BEAUTIFULLY removed the detail without scratching the paint... The salesman (Dustin Wagner) even came out and polished out some water spots that appeared after they detailed!!! I cannot express the pleasure we had. We even bought the guys doughnuts that we worked with to make our dream come true. They will do EVERYTHING in their power to insure that you leave confident and more than pleased when you walk out the door, purchase or not More

Service Done Right I recently had to have a few things repaired on my Nissan Rogue. Bernard the service person I worked with was absolutely amazing. From start to fini I recently had to have a few things repaired on my Nissan Rogue. Bernard the service person I worked with was absolutely amazing. From start to finish he kept me informed of my vehicle’s status. Bernard not only took care of a few major mechanical problems that my car was having, he also went above and beyond and took care of a recall service repair that was needed. Best day ever I was lucky enough to be serviced by Julie and she was amazing. I got my car the day before my birthday and I honestly was losing hope that I would ge I was lucky enough to be serviced by Julie and she was amazing. I got my car the day before my birthday and I honestly was losing hope that I would get a car. Julie was NOT going to let that happen. She was optimistic and wasn’t going to let me lose hope.
