I have to leave another review for Hall Toyota Virginia Beach because this experience deserves it! This purchase was extra special for me, not only is this my first Toyota, but my first fully electric vehi Beach because this experience deserves it! This purchase was extra special for me, not only is this my first Toyota, but my first fully electric vehicle (the BZ4X XLE Plus)! Safe to say I'm no longer a Honda girly! Matt, Amanda, Jake, and Bernard truly took care of me from start to finish. What stands out most is how transparent and straightforward they are no games, no pressure, just genuine customer care. That's hard to find anywhere. This wasn't even my first introduction to Hall Toyota. They treated my mom the same way twice so when it was my turn, I had no hesitation driving 10 hours to do business with them. When a dealership consistently shows up for your whole family like that, you don't go anywhere else. If you're looking for a great deal AND great people to work with, Hall Toyota VB is the place. This team never misses, and I cannot recommend them enough. Truly a 10/10 experience all around! More

Great experience drove 5 1/2 hours for the car I wanted to buy. It was everything it was supposed to be including the price no hidden fee’s and a great sales staff ( Thanks Mike ). I wanted to add the exceptional service director for assistance with my trailer that blew a tire and came to find out the shackle had a bolt come off . They fixed my shackle and changed my tire at no cost to me . Talk about service with a smile they were the best. Thanks Jerry for efforts fixing my trailer.
