Outstanding internet negotiation I despise sitting in dealerships and negotiating with people for hours on end, and I knew my elderly mother — who was in need of a new car — would not I despise sitting in dealerships and negotiating with people for hours on end, and I knew my elderly mother — who was in need of a new car — would not have the wherewithal to negotiate on her own. So I turned to the trusty internet. ALL communications from beginning to end were done with Ray via email, and he was amazing. He took me seriously, didn’t mess around, and got me the best deal out of any dealership in Hampton Roads. (And yes, I contacted all of them). Then I told him I needed to be in and out of the dealership in an hour or less if we were going to complete the purchase, and in spite of having a family emergency that morning he made it happen. I was overwhelmingly impressed with Ray’s dedication, responsiveness, commitment to service, and flexibility with my needs, and I will be using him again in the future once my mother’s lease expires.
