"Great Service recieved "

We took our F-250 diesel to this dealership because we had heard our friends bragging about the friendly and professional treatment they had been receiving at Hallmark Ford. We will now be the ones bragging on Hallmarks service from this point on. We had taken my f-250 to other repair shops previously and had very mixed results. That was not the case at Hallmark we are 100% satisfied and will return.

"Horrible service"

We took my wife's ford focus to hallmark ford because the air conditioner was not blowing cold. We took it to them on a Saturday and they said they maybe able to get to it if not it would be Monday. We called Monday afternoon and the car still had not been looked at and the service manager Amanda was not very friendly or helpful. Tuesday afternoon they said they had found the problem and the car was ready to be picked up and it would be 225.00 because there was a leak but they had fixed it and everything was fine. We picked the car up Wednesday morning and the air was still hot so we called and they said bring it back. We brought it back Wednesday afternoon left it overnight. My wife and I both travel for work so we had to borrow a vehicle from someone while they were "working" on her car. We get a call Thursday afternoon saying that a sensor had gone out and it would cost us 750.00 to repair it. My wife and I both thought what wa costing so much was the part but when we got the bill the part only cost 25.00 the rest was "labor". The first time they said they "fixed" they didn't even test it to see if it was blowing cool air because even the worst mechanic would have been able to tell they hadn't fixed it. The service manager Amanda has to be one of the worst reps ever to work in a service department and the mechanics can't be much better. They are way over priced I will never go back I would rather drive to Oxford to Belk Ford they are much more helpful and a l,to more reasonable in their pricing.
