I paid less for my new car than the same used model. I got a great car for much less than I expected. The trade in, veterans discount, and rebates were incredible. My son bought his car from here and suggested that I try this dealership. I came here first, and was glad that I did. They suggested models within my price range. They made suggestions according to my interests. I was really relieved that there wouldn't be any horse trading. The "real" price was clearly displayed. The staff was great to work with. Thanks. More

Service dept went to bat and got it covered except for labor. We then discussed and agreed to buying a new car. We previously had a 2010 Tucson and liked the Tucson style especially the newer ones. My wife made a decision on the rust 2016. Once back in the day i was a car salesman before becoming a retail dept store GM. David made the vehicle exciting with all its Features and what Benefits they would be to us. Paul Bush seemed genuinely concerned about our predictament and made sure everything went smoothly. More

Best Ever! Brandon was my salesperson and he was absolutely wonderful. My best friend and I went to the dealership--because we had both been in accidents that re Brandon was my salesperson and he was absolutely wonderful. My best friend and I went to the dealership--because we had both been in accidents that resulted in a total loss of our vehicles, respectively--and he greeted us in a very professional, helpful, and laid back manner. He asked, "Can I help you find someone?", which caught my attention right away. He was very kind and helpful throughout the entire experience. He was super knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he merely said,"Let me check on that. I'd rather not tell you the wrong thing," as opposed to just spouting off an answer that could sound good. I could tell that he was much more focused on customer service than making a sale, which is ultimately why he got my business AND my best friend's (who wasn't even planning to buy from Hyundai. She was just tagging along). However, his kind follow-up call to her is what brought her back to the dealership & again, his customer service earned him another sale. Chris, his manager was the same way. He was also very customer service oriented, professional, kind, & laid back. I guess Brandon learned from the best. They were really wonderful people with whom to work. If I had to do it all over again, I would in a heartbeat! More

Kalouwa's Review Salesperson, Betty, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Finance Dept, DeAnte and Josh, not so friendly. Working of "deal" was not very private Salesperson, Betty, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Finance Dept, DeAnte and Josh, not so friendly. Working of "deal" was not very private. Financing paperwork took entirely too long. Left dealership without finance paperwork complete. I will NOT do that again! Did NOT receive copies of all paperwork I signed. Will be addressing this issue soon with the finance Mgr (DeAnte). More
