We just purchased our 5th vechile from Wilson Auto group, a 2014 Cadenza, and so far it is wonderful, Wilson Kia went way beyond anything we expected to help us arrange to trade our Sorento (2012), it is a a 2014 Cadenza, and so far it is wonderful, Wilson Kia went way beyond anything we expected to help us arrange to trade our Sorento (2012), it is a longer story that I have time to tell here, we had issues with the transmission in the sorento, wilson and kia addressed all issues, but we decided we wanted to move on to something else, and Steve Lippert, Mike Thomas, Nicole Baker, Garrick Holeman, and Kristen Clarke, made it happen for us, Kristen( we will probably have to come back for further instructions on some of the workings of this wonderful car!! the above names mentioned along with Doug Wilson, whom we have never met, went above and beyond what we expected, to make this deal happen for us, it is indeed refreshing to have such a wonderful group of people who care no only about selling cars, but more importantly care about the people who come thur the doors of Wilson Kia, this is an amazing group of folks, and one gets the"feel" that from the top down, this business is about pleasing the customer and providing a great product and making sure that the customer is treated fairly with a geniune gracious attidude and have the best knowledge of the product and all aspects of the process to help complete your transaction.
