After having the 2012 Optima for less than 6 months, we have had to bring the car back 9 times. The repair manager is rude and states that nothing is wrong with our car. I am a retired engineer and consider myself an automobile enthusiast. After reading a number of automobile articles on the Hyundai Genesis Coupe, my wife and I decided to stop by Wilson Hyundai. We were gree enthusiast. After reading a number of automobile articles on the Hyundai Genesis Coupe, my wife and I decided to stop by Wilson Hyundai. We were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable sales person. They did not have the car we wanted, but were told the one with the options and color we wanted would be in next week. The salesperson called me as soon as it came in to the dealership, we took it for a test drive and bought it. They called me a number of times after the sale to ask if everything was satisfactory and if there was anything else that they could do. They were very prompt in calling me back with the additional information I requested. I had to take the car in twice to the service department. Once to have a brake light switch replaced and the other time for routine service. Each time I was greeted by friendly, professional and knowlegeable service consultants. My automobile was promptly taken care of and returned to me in about an hour after being washed,vacuumed and dried. Both the sales and service teams at Wilson Hyundai are outstanding. Love the car too. It exceeded my expectations. More

Hadn't bought a car for myself since 1993, that car was getting old as I so I felt it was time for a new one but being retired I couldn't put out a lot of cash for most of the newer cars, went by Wilson Hy getting old as I so I felt it was time for a new one but being retired I couldn't put out a lot of cash for most of the newer cars, went by Wilson Hyundai with my son and we looked at the 2011 Sonata, it came with just about ever option included and priced under 20K. We took it for a test drive and I had to have it. Left an hour later with my Sonata and my son driving my old 93 Ford Taurus. Did I memtion it was a birthday present, the week before I turned 80. The only service so far has been two recalls, one didn't effect my car but they checked it just to be sure it didn't have the defective door locks and the second did need the repairs which were done within an hour of my bringing the car in. Wilson Hyundai treats you right. More
