We recently purchased a new Hyundai Genesis from Wilson Hyundai and the buying experience was top notch. In the showroom, we met Terry Wooten, whose relaxed and knowledgeable personality was a pleasure to work with. His first question posed to us was what were the requirements in our new car. He then explained the specials being offered and walked to the lot with us. We picked out a car, and were off on our first test drive. We were made to feel relaxed, that we could take our time, and drive other cars if we so desired. After we picked the car we wanted to purchase, my husband and I were allowed time for private discussion, never feeling rushed. The deal was made, never any haggling involved, all extremely professional. The car was detailed and filled with gas while we were sincerely thanked by various managers for doing business with Wilson Hyundai. It was a pleasure buying a car from Wilson Hyundai and Terry Wooten. We were very well taken care of, the buying-selling process has been perfected to a professional, respectable, business transaction, and we were made to feel truly appreciated. I would certainly buy another vehicle from Terry and Wilson Hyundai. More
I recently bought a KIA SUV at Wilson. My first encounter with my sales person, James (Jamie) Johnson was very pleasurable, he was very knowledgeable and took time to gather the information needed encounter with my sales person, James (Jamie) Johnson was very pleasurable, he was very knowledgeable and took time to gather the information needed to fit my daughter in the right car and everything about how he worked with us throughout let me know he was on the level. Jamie made sure we were well informed and insisted that we only buy a car that we were completely comfortable and happy with, assuring us that he only wanted to sell us what we were happy all around with. Jamie and his admin team (John) at Hyundai worked to address any concerns we had about the experience. That meant a lot. All said and done it was a great experience. My friends and I will be buying more vehicles from them. More

I want to commend this lady, she has always been so very professional and goes out of her way to make sure I am satisfied with my service. I've witnessed, while waiting for my car, her dealing with a not so satisfied customer that was waited on by another service employee. She was so understanding and professional dealing with them. She offered a solution which the customer gladly accepted and actually calmed down while Tisha waited on her. This girl deserves a reward, award and even a raise!!! She is always great in her dealing with customers. I can't say that about the owner!!!! More
I am recently widowed and was having some major anxiety issues about having to go by myself and deal with everything that comes along with purchasing a new vehicle. All I can say is from the moment I walk issues about having to go by myself and deal with everything that comes along with purchasing a new vehicle. All I can say is from the moment I walked into Wilson Auto Group in Jackson, MS, all of the anxiety I was dreading never came over me. The salesman was very considerate and professional from the start to the finish. He fully explained the new Kia Sorento SXL and every option that came on it, to the fullest. He even told me that if I forget how to work something and didn't understand the manual, feel free to contact him and he would help me figure it out or just come by and he would show me how to operate it. It wasn't a feeling of you own it now so don't call me. When I had to meet with the finance department it was another stress free experience. They went over every piece of paper thoroughly and made sure that if I had any questions they answered them before I proceeded to the next page. It wasn't like they were trying to get my signature quickly or trying to hide anything from me. My overall experience was wonderful and greatly appreciated at a much needed time in my life. I can only hope that any other woman in my place would have as great of an experience as I did. I would definately recommend a Kia Sorento to everyone. More
I cannot ever remember having such a pleasurable car purchase experience - and I have had six such experiences in the last four years (due to kids and wife!) My Cadenza purchase experience actually s purchase experience - and I have had six such experiences in the last four years (due to kids and wife!) My Cadenza purchase experience actually started with a visit to the Wilson Kia showroom during a "check up" for my Optima Ex. The maintenance staff is ALWAYS so nice and helpful. They put very positive Wilson Kia thoughts in my head! During that visit, I saw a Cadenza in the showroom. When I got home, I started researching the Cadenza and sending notes to dealerships in the mid-South. Nobody seemed to really care about my questions - until I got a follow-up email from Wilson Kia. That email was sent by Dylan Duplichain. He did an outstanding job of answering questions and keeping me informed about possible Cadenza options for me. During a follow-up for routine service (but the Service Department was closed) on Saturday, I met Mike Thomas. I have NEVER met a more sincere or nicer guy at a car dealership. In his very unassuming and humble way, Mike sends a non-verbal message of "I can trust this man and his employer" to give me (and my family) a fair deal. You cannot overstate the importance of such a non-verbal message to a customer. I could argue that Wilson Kia sold me the Cadenza the minute that I met Mike. Mike did a great job of showing me the car. I also want to say that Dylan was also a very important sales floor player. What Mike didn't know, Dylan was there to fill in the gaps. They are a great team. So I told Mike what I was really looking for in a Cadenza and that, if possible, I needed it by the following Thursday assuming we could come to a price agreement. Unfortunately, Wilson Kia didn't have it on the lot. I was getting ready to leave pretty disappointed when Dylan let me know that they found a car (in Houston) that they could have delivered by the time that I arrived back in town on Thursday. So, I went straight to the Wilson dealership upon my arrival back in town. Dylan and Mike showed me the car. I liked it - and then the negotiations began. It is at this point in the sales process that I met Nicole Baker. Wow! Nicole is a finance/negotiator/extremely nice manager that was just wonderful to work with during my car purchase. She showed me all of the financing options and other services provided by Kia. I cannot ever remember thinking that the price negotiation part of a car purchase was "fun" - until I started working with Nicole. She made me feel more at home - and pretty much cemented my car purchase with a very equitable deal for me - and Wilson Kia. I really can't express in words the great experience that I had with Wilson Kia. I did want to note that there were other folks other than Dylan, Mike, and Nicole who always seemed to appear at just the right time. In fact, as the car was being detailed for me, Mike took me back to the detail area, and I was warmly welcomed by the detailer. I am so impressed with the Wilson Kia team. Wilson Kia will be my first choice for my family's next car. How couldn't it be? Dylan, Mike, Nicole, other showroom folks, and the car maintenance staff simply have no competitors in regard to the level of service, helpfulness, niceness, and being just good folks. I have purchased two Sonatas from Wilson Auto Group, a new 2011 model and a used 2008. I've been extremely pleased with both cars, and with the experience at the dealership. This weekend I test drove an Equus, and was blown away. Driving on the highway felt like the car was driving itself! The blind spot detection, automatic cruise control adjustments, lane change warnings, navigation system, all made it seem like the car was on autopilot! And the luxurious appointments in the car were unbelievable. It is the finest car I've ever driven, that is for sure. More
We came in today to trade our twin Elantras for newer models, and the customer service was outstanding. Nicole and Ontario tuned in quickly to our specific wants and desires.
