I had another great experience at Hamilton Mazda. The electric braking system warning light on my 2016 CX5 (a car I purchased used from another dealer) suddenly came on and Hamilton Mazda was able to The electric braking system warning light on my 2016 CX5 (a car I purchased used from another dealer) suddenly came on and Hamilton Mazda was able to quickly take me in, diagnose the problem and get me back on the road that day. I especially liked the video they sent me of the mechanic going over my car and pointing out the issues. I also appreciated that they didn’t try to pressure me in to paying for extra work that wasn’t essential. Thank you Hamilton Mazda! More

Only concern I have (which I forgot to mention to them) is that they have never rotated my tires - I thought that was a requirement. They also have a policy of marking the windshield as haviong chips when it does not - their reason is because they've been sued and assume no windshield that has been on the road can be chip free.
