I had a very bad experience with another collision center through my insurance co. USAA, I was referred to Ben Allison to complete a job the other collision center didn't do correctly. I had to leave my Trailblazer there for the day for them to fix a intake manifold gasket. I called Mike at around 3:13 pm to see how things were going. He said that he was not going to be able to get it finished today. I told him that I had class that evening so he told me to give him 10 minutes and he would see what he could do. He called back and told me that they would be able to complete it by 5 pm and that he was going to send the shuttle to pick me. I have always gotten good customer service at Hampton Chevrolet and will continue to get my service work done there. More
i ALWAYS GET THE BEST OF SERVICE FROM PHIL AND BRAD, THEY CAN ALWAYS GET ME IN ON A MOMENTS NOTICE, THEY GOT A REPAIR COVERED UNDER WARRANTY FOR ME JUST FOR BEING A GOOD CUSTOMER!
