I have had to bring my vehicle into this dealership multiple times for significant service and each time has been a painful or unpleasant visit. My service team leader normally would not call me with multiple times for significant service and each time has been a painful or unpleasant visit. My service team leader normally would not call me with updates, but rather I would have to call him. Then, I would only be told what the fix is, and not what the problem is or why the problem occurred, resulting in regularly feeling like I'm getting taken for a ride. I would ask questions about the problems, but even still would rarely get answers. The last time I used this dealership for service they forgot to mount the undercarriage splash guard, causing it to drag on the ground and get wedged under the car. When I brought it back in, they did fix it promptly, but there was no apology, no contrition, not even an attempt to explain how such an obvious thing could be overlooked. Instead, the service team lead simply walked into the waiting room and said "Here," gave me the keys, and walked away. As long as I have any choice, I will not return to this dealership after a long history of poor service, bad fixes, and overall dissatisfaction. More
This is the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Hampton Chevy and the way they treat and take care of their customers sets the benchmark for how a dealership should be. I initially found the vehicle online and Abe Kent was quick to get back to me and see all my expectations were met. I thought so much about the way I was treated I drove 6 hours and made a weekend of it!! Any people I still know in the area I always tell them there is only one place to purchase a new or used vehicle on the peninsula and that is Hampton Chevy Mazda. Two thumbs up and I also know when the time comes for my next purchase I'll be making the 6hr trip again!! More

Dustin was also very helpful and went over and above with my gas guzzling trade-in. My purchase options were thoroughly explained and I never felt any pressure to add on the extras. I will not hesitate to make a trip through the tunnel for my future service needs. More

We were able to take a fairly lengthy test drive during which we found a problem with one of the car's stereo speakers. Alan was able to have the speaker replaced while we waited. The entire process from the time we got to the dealership took about two hours. It was one of the best car-buying experiences we've ever had. We would highly recommend this dealer and, specifically, Alan Cook to anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle. More
I brought my Saturn in because I had recieved a recall letter for the power steering going out. I asked them to look at the front end becaus I was hearing noises at high speeds and while turning. After the so called thourough inspection, they refused to fix my power steering in accordance with he recall and told me that I "may have a bent rim" and the only way to tell was to but all new tires. They quoted me $900 to fix my car. I refused their suggestion and they charged me $90 for a diagnostic check. The peope were horribly rude. To top it all off, they smoked in my car graciously leaving behind thief cigarette butts, crushed cigarettes, and their lighter. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER bring my car here again or ever recommend his place to anyone. More
