Melody, I appreciate the follow up. Unfortunately I can, quite categorically, say that I have not had a single positive visit, despite many opportunities over the last 2.5 years (car has been less than reliable). The only reason I haven't taken the issue up with district or regional managers is because I'm military and travel a tremendous amount--I just plain haven't been around long enough after taking my car in to be able to work the issue. I've now taken my business to Hall Mazda in VA Beach and have a hard time envisioning a scenario where I would like to return to Hampton Chevrolet Mazda (HCM) as long as I have a choice. Even more so now after reading the other review on the HCM expressing an equally disappointing experience. I apologize that I wasn't able to call today, however if you still would like to talk on the phone, please let me know. Regards, Jeff
