re: non service department Twice my wife and I attempted to bring our new 2016 jeep 4 door wrangler in for the 3000 mile service with advanced scheduled appointments. Both times we were refused our appointments due to lack of service staff or over booking, etc. We were told they are only taking customers in on a first come first serve basis. AWFUL way to treat customers Went there looking to buy a specific used car. Like it and tried to work out a deal. They would only come off their price by $123. My wife talked to t Went there looking to buy a specific used car. Like it and tried to work out a deal. They would only come off their price by $123. My wife talked to the used car manager. He was extremely rude and condescending. He rudely and loudly stated several times he would do nothing in regards to the price and he didn't care if we bought the vehicle or not. That there would be someone else who would buy it and pay full retail price. He was so belligerent towards my wife that we left with her in tears. I will never ever step foot on their property for the way they treated us and I will steer everyone clear of their that I can. More

Right from the source I was told by several of the sales staff that the new management is only interested in numbers and not customer service, customer relations or custome I was told by several of the sales staff that the new management is only interested in numbers and not customer service, customer relations or customer satisfaction. I have heard of arguments between customers and management on the sales floor. Their Used Cars look good, but buy with caution and buy with a good warranty. You gotta know to beware when the dealership staff speaks poorly of their business practices. More

If you look young you will get the run around and they will treat you like an idiot. We bought a used car and within days had issues and brought it in and they kept saying nothing was wrong with it. We brought it in 4 times within the first 2 weeks of purchase with the same exact issue and they kept saying there was no issue and that we just didnt know how the car was supposed to sound. We brought it into a mechanic and were told within 10 minutes what the issue was and once we brought it to the mechanic they said they cant take any other mechanics diagnosis. Real convenient since it seems they just dont want to fix it. Very rude staff, gave a horrible attitude towards us when we spoke very professionally. Horrible experience and i do not recommend this place! Never buy from them! More
