At this dealership, Upon evaluation, I was informed an animal did damage to my electrical and it would be $600 for an assessment. I called my insurance company and they honored that assessment with a $50 animal did damage to my electrical and it would be $600 for an assessment. I was informed a few days later after having my vehicle for 2 weeks that it was not an animal but many other factors and it would cost $3500 to fix of which I did not have. This dealership can not be trusted.. I agree with the other reviews. RUN! go anywhere else. More

Although I bought my Jeep here, they have several times utterly failed at service. Couldnt fix a tire, or change a battery, and now with the check engine light on, they refused to see me in less than 2 wee utterly failed at service. Flagler Chrysler Dodge Jeep - pure greed. Tldr: This dealership chose greed over ethics. They didn't honor their own agreement on price and is not to be trusted. Before I go into what happened I just want to say that the salesman, Ralph, is a great and honest guy. Ralph and I went back and forth a bit as any car sales negotiation goes but finally agreed on a price. Sure it was over text, but nevertheless, a written agreement. I was asked for a picture front and back of credit card to hold a $1000 deposit - sent it over no problem. Over the weekend I mentioned to Ralph that I noticed the glovebox looked misaligned in the photos. Ralph said he would get that looked at over warranty first thing Monday. Booked a one-way flight with my Dad to go back to Miami the next day then drive up to Flagler Jeep in Palm Coast to finalize everything. Flew to Miami. Booked the rental car. Then today I get a text from the dealer saying “The glove box is broke. And He wants to go back to the price of $109.000. He is gonna take it to the auction ..He said it will bring alot more..I am sorry Mr.”. I told Ralph that it wasn’t fair we had already agreed on a price. At this point I already flew out and had the rental car booked. I called the dealership and politely asked to speak to the sales manager. I was told that Chris, the sales manager on the floor that day, doesn’t even want to speak with me. Finally after a few attempts, they put him on the phone. Chris then proceeds to talk to me with such disrespect and says that we never agreed to that price when we in fact did and it was over text with Ralph and of course, when the other sales manager was on the floor. Chris then says “well that's not a price I would have ever agreed to we don’t do business over text”. Like really bro? This is 2022, come on. You guys reached out to me via text so obviously that was the way you agreed to communicate. You even requested confidential financial information over text! After I asked the sales manager how he morally feels after doing such a bad thing by not honoring their commitment, Chris then proceeds to hang up the phone on me. I called the dealership back and the sales manager said that I can buy it for 110 take it or leave it. Chris then threatened me and said if I call back it's harrassment. How can these clowns be in businees? This dealership does not honor their agreements. This dealership acted in ways that are super unethical. I feel cheated and disappointed. All I got from Chris was a canned response of “I am sorry you feel that way”. It’s not about feeling a certain way. It’s about doing the right thing. I asked Chris to do the right thing here and he chose to NOT honor their dealership’s commitment. Chris, the sales manager, will be the primary driver for tarnishing this dealership's reputation. This dealership and management does not keep their promises. So i call the service dept. at Flagler and the guy is nice and says "the people up front have done this a few times, but talk to them and they should make it right" Well lets just say the guy I ended up getting transferred to wasn't helpful nor gave a crap in any way.( they have their money so why would they care). So i asked what about the oil changes, they are supposed to be covered which is why i bought the maintenance plan and he pretty much said I'm SOL because the salesman sold me the wrong maintenance plan.... wrong!!! I dealt with finance that day and they are the ones that negotiated the maintenance plan with me... then he proceeds to tell me that the guy that sold me my vehicle is no longer there and theres nothing he can do about it... i have to pay for my oil changes.... which is ridiculous. I got towed to Daytona Beach and best thing I ever did, they took care of me on the spot. They cannot service what they sell, it's a complete clusterf*** This place gets ZERO STARS. I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer in November 2022. A few weeks later after we put approximate 1400 miles on the vehicle and came home and parked the vehicle for two days. We had clients to pick up for dinner and attempted to start the car and the battery was dead. We checked and made sure nothing was left on. We called and a tow truck hauled the new vehicle to the dealership in Flagler. No one called the next day to give us an update. We called and was told nothing was wrong and the vehicle was just sitting there and was not offered a vehicle to drive. We picked up the vehicle and on 12-17-2021, It failed to start. Again we called a tow truck and this time it was carried to Jeep dealership in Daytona. It was late Friday and they were closed, so no loaner car. However I received a call early Saturday morning from Daytona Jeep service manager. He expressed his regrets that this happen. He was really nice on the phone and when I ask for a vehicle to drive, he told me he knew what was wrong and it would be fixed that morning. As promised he called in a couple hours and the vehicle was ready. He explained there was a problem and could not understand why Flagler Jeep said there was no issues. That was just one of many things Flagler jeep did that upset me. I told them when I was signing the papers that I wanted a paper title. Guess what? I did not receive a paper title and was told no one gave paper titles any more, which was a lie, as my daughter just purchased a new vehicle and a paper title was sent. Right after this purchased, I traded my motorhome for an almost new Ram pick-up. They sold the motorhome to another dealer and I dropped off the Motor home and they gave me a check to carry when I picked up my truck. They owed me 21,000.00. I was told, first they could not give me a check as the owner was not there to sign a check. I was getting the run around. They then told me the check would be ready Monday as the trade was on a Friday and they would call me. I never received a call. I was busy Monday and Tuesday but drove there on Wednesday and was given the check and told it had been there since Monday, If they were selling new vehicles for a dollar I would not buy one. More

We purchased a car on 11/14/20. Finally got title on 9/11/21. We had to call several times. They did not have clear title to the car they sold us! The lien release on the prior title is dated 11/25/20. Then it turns out they submitted a check for tax and title transfer (should have been 2 checks) without the paperwork! I requested the check be stopped and a new payment sent with the paperwork. They submitted the paperwork without payment…just a note dated 3/31/21 to send them a receipt for the check sent previously (dated 1/15/21). The paperwork was rejected. Since it was sent to us, we had to follow through to get the job done. Eventually Flagler sent a check for the title and plate transfer, but they refused to reissue the portion of the check for the taxes. It was rejected again because they had miscalculated the taxes, so we had to resubmit it with more money. We were out of pocket $258.19 for taxes, late filing, late payment and interest. We had a “we owe” for the windshield. The windshield was replaced at the place Flagler selected. They complained that the price was too high, but they did pay for it. We discovered that the car was not the trim package advertised. (Yes, we should have checked.) It was a $500 cheaper package. Flagler said it was a glitch in the web system they use. They could not control it. The sales receipt (which they certainly could control) also reflects the wrong trim package. They refused to compensate us for the difference, but offered to take the car back. They did not offer to help us find a car, supply a rental while we looked, compensate for the time spent on making and keeping the windshield appointment, or the cost incurred in oil change and service we did. We decided it was financially better for us to keep the car. That would have been the end of it had we received title in a timely manner without additional expense. More

Service needs to be retrained! 1 1/2 hour for a schedule oil change. Also schedule to look at another issue, but didn’t have time. Happy with sales department but not service!
