I was from out of town and when I call Hanania dealership they told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. The dealership was very efficient and completed the work in a timely matter. I do they told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. After waiting several weeks for a back-ordered part, I asked how much would they give me for the truck, as is. It worked out to be more than if I paid to have the truck repaired - whenever the part came asked how much would they give me for the truck, as is. It worked out to be more than if I paid to have the truck repaired - whenever the part came back in stock! - then trade-in for the full KBB value. The transaction for the 'new' car was handled quickly. Who knows when (or if!) the part will come in. More
