The vehicle and options that I wanted was not on the property however after a statewide search they found me what I wanted and sold it to me for a great price. I also mingled with the general manager, owner, and finance manager who not only answered all my questions but made the purchase very enjoyable. The Dodge Avenger that I purchased was for my son and the smile that it has put on his face was worth a million bucks. My son sat in on the car purchase and due to the professionalism that he observed I'm sure that it will have quite an affect on him when he makes his first solo purchase. I had decided last year that I wanted a jeep for a weekend and beach car. I went to my local jeep dealer and Mike met me at the door. He was very pleasant and professional. We discussed options and he showed me what was on the lot. I chose the red Wrangler - it was exactly what I wanted. He was very cordial and efficient throughout the process as were other members of the staff and the manager. He went over the jeep's features and helped me learn how to remove, store and then, replace the top and windows and introduced me to the service and parts personnel. I have been dealing with this dealership for over 10 years and 4 vehicles later, keep going back. James Kellogg has always been my sale rep. Honest, upfront , never sold me a lemon. The service department has gone out of their way to make sure your visit is timely and you know what is being done. Travis, Laurie and Jason have been their since I have been going there, always there to answer my questions and explain issues. Kevin recently joined the team, but also very helpful. In the past, price matches have been done and they service my Mercury and Jeep alike. The mechanics are around back, but do what they can for you too.
