Terrible customer service. They had my car for 8 days for a cooling unit change. Part took a couple of days to arrive and was told in the morning that it would be 'out of here They had my car for 8 days for a cooling unit change. Part took a couple of days to arrive and was told in the morning that it would be 'out of here that day'. Called that evening and was told 'they had gotten backed up' and the work was not complete but it would be done the next day. Nothing heard again on the next day so I called again late afternoon and was told that the 'mechanics had been pulled off to do other jobs' and the car was once again not ready. Next day was July 4th so understandably closed and finally got my car back on July 5th after I had called to ascertain status. Never once during the entire time did I receive an update from the service department calling me - I had to call them to get status. After getting the car back, I left 2 messages to speak with the Service Manager - didn't get a call back!! More

Brought my vehicle in for service because my air conditioner was not working when the vehicle got hot. Dropped it off. Everything was working perfectly. I decided not to have the work done the next day I picked up the vehicle. The air conditioning did not work. Brought it to another shop to have them diagnose the problem and they determined there was no Freon in the air-conditioning system that the dealership had removed all the Freon and disconnected the compressor.
