This will be the last time I ever go there. The second time I’ve been ripped off. No one told me how expensive it was to simply run a diagnostic on anything (more then double of anywhere else) The second time I’ve been ripped off. No one told me how expensive it was to simply run a diagnostic on anything (more then double of anywhere else) and then wanted 1K to do something that was already done so it obviously wasn’t the problem. I wanted them to check ONE thing not the whole car but no communication was made about doing an entire 16 point diagnostic service or the fee because I would have declined it, and of course the one thing failed. As I said this is the second time I’ve had a problem but two different cars. Always the same thing. Money hungry people taking advantage of less fortunate I guess shame on me for saying a word. Should have just got the recall taken care of and moved along. Never again! More
