He let us know he would be out of town when we picked her up yesterday and made sure his partner Taylor had all our info and would handle the delivery. We live 3 hours one way and Taylor was ready and took care of us completely from arrival to when we left to head home. We also appreciate the sales mgr Brain that put the deal together to get us to the the final out the door number needed to close. One final mention to AI in finance who was extremely knowledgeable and had us in and out to get back on the road home. I recently purchased a vehicle from Vw Hanania orange park.. The price negotiation process took some time, but we were eventually able to reach a fair agreement. The car had to be detailed four times because the first few attempts were not done thoroughly, and we spent several hours waiting for it to be completed properly. While I understand that delays can happen, I was disappointed that our sales representative stopped communicating with us once the process was done. A bit more follow-up and professionalism would have gone a long way in making the experience more positive. I hope the dealership continues to improve in customer service and quality checks — it would make a big difference for future buyers. I would never return here. More
