Service representative is very good and even though under staffed got me in on time and out in a reasonable time. Car wash is never available. My 83 year old mother came in for a troubleshoot of her instrument cluster. She arrived at 10:42AM and her vehicle was not ready until 6:40 PM. The technician approached my mother around 2:30-2-45pm to in instrument cluster. She arrived at 10:42AM and her vehicle was not ready until 6:40 PM. The technician approached my mother around 2:30-2-45pm to inform her that it would be another 2- 3 hours before completion and that they had just pulled the vehicle to the back service area. Another wait ensued and the service tech failed to contact her once her vehicle was ready and we knew that they closed at 7PM. We actually left at closing time with the vehicle after the troubleshooting was completed. Another customer came in for an oil change after my mother had arrived and his service was completed & he left before before her vehicle was completed (unbelievable!) None of the service advisors present that day are listed in this survey. I understand being short staffed but this was extreme on all levels. Aweful experience. More
