Just too slow. I was waiting for hours and wished it could have been faster. Plus we had to play the game with payments when I let them know what I wanted to start. I came in without an appointment to have my battery checked. Joseph was able to fit me in and assist me with choosing the battery to meet my needs as well as explain an issue with a filter needing chan checked. Joseph was courteous and extremely helpful. When I picked up my car, I had difficulty resetting the display to the digital setting. Joseph came right out and changed the setting for me. I'm a retired teacher, and if I had to give Joseph a grade on my experience with him, it would be an A+. The next time I come in for service, I'll be sure to ask for him. More

We do not recommend Volkswagen of Orange Park. My husband talked with Tony, Daniel and Will L. (General Manager)....only promises and lies.
