From the initial emails, test drive, and purchasing/trade-in process it was all smooth as silk. Spent less than two hours in in person to drive my "new to me" CPO off the lot! There is a reason I have been a customer of this dealership for 16 years (they take care of our two Volkswagen's). It is the customer service and personal interactions. More
Disappointed customer My car was taken to the Orange Park dealership for repair of the rearview camera which was not showing the image; however, the sensor is working. The My car was taken to the Orange Park dealership for repair of the rearview camera which was not showing the image; however, the sensor is working. The diagnostic revealed that the dealership would need to order a replacement camera because they could not determine why the camera was not working properly. My husband received a phone call from the service advisor who informed him that if he paid for the camera in advance, the dealer would release my car. So, to be clear, my husband repeated this comment to the service advisor asking him if I need to return the loaner as well. The service advisor said to disregard the call because he didn’t see any paperwork for a loaner, although he is the person who authorized the loaner. We thought it strange to demand payment for a service that had not been rendered. Over the course of the next two weeks, I did not receive an update as to the status of the repair. My husband called the service advisor, the service manager and the general manager but was unable to reach anyone; the phone continued to ring. When he called again and finally reached the service advisor, the service advisor told him that he had been very busy and did not know when to expect the camera, as it was on back order from Germany. My husband told him to wrap up my car and we would pick it up and pay the diagnostic fee. My car was at the dealership January 13-28. We have been a Volkswagen customer since 2007 and during this time, service visits have been hit and miss. This visit was a definite miss on several levels; in particular, the absent service advisor and his demeanor displayed when I picked up my car. More

Unhappy I've been disappointed with my last two services at your dealership. I will speak of this past visit. I brought the car in due to a hard pull to the r I've been disappointed with my last two services at your dealership. I will speak of this past visit. I brought the car in due to a hard pull to the right and it felt like one of the front tires was out of balance or was separating. After making contact with Oliver 3 hours later, he let me know it would be done in 30mins. He called back shortly after(20mins or so) to inform me it was complete but the car had a slight pull to the left according to the mechanic and that was due to tire wear. I was unsure of that but figured that I'm not the mechanic. I arrived, paid and drove off. As I drove to the roadway in the parking lot, I realized the car definitely pulled hard to the left. I then drove it on the roadway and the car repeated the pull to the left. I then returned to the dealership. Oliver was great and did what needed to be done to get me a loaner, but I have an issue with why the mechanic didn't completely fix the car or notify me what was needed to FIX the car. I shouldn't have to accept a half fixed problem or a new problem after brining it to your dealership. I am now going to buy 4 new tires from you, be without my vehicle, and not even fully believe that a worn tire can cause that much pull to the left of it's aligned correctly. This is a huge issue. Depending on how this is resolved, will effect my returned patronage. I have told people about how much I love your service team and maintenance but this has become a trust and quality issue. Once again, Oliver was great and I appreciate his willingness to help me even as his workday was almost done. More
